Why meet with me

Everything a hosted scheduler does. Minus the hosted part.

One plugin, your rules, your domain. No seats, no monthly bill, no dependency on someone else's service staying online.

01

Native to WordPress

Runs inside your site with your theme, your fonts and your layout. Visitors book without ever being sent to another domain.

Self-hosted
02

No subscription

Install it once. No per-seat pricing, no monthly fee and no feature locked behind a plan. The free plugin is the whole plugin.

Free forever
03

Calendar optional

Two-way sync with Google Calendar so you're never double-booked — with Microsoft 365, Apple and CalDAV feeds next on the roadmap. Or skip calendars entirely.

Busy-sync built in
04

Your availability rules

Weekly hours, buffers, minimum notice, booking windows and per-day limits, all handled automatically in the visitor's timezone.

Set and forget
05

Drop-in embed

Gutenberg blocks and shortcodes that inherit your theme. Put a live booking calendar on any page or post in a few seconds.

Block & shortcode
06

Yours and private

Bookings live in your database, on your server. Nothing is sent to a third-party service unless you connect your own calendar.

Live demo

This is the widget your visitors see.

Pick a day, choose a time, and the chosen slot gets the same highlighted dot as the logo. Everything below is the real interaction — no separate app, no iframe from another service.

Questions

Good to know

Is it really free, or is there a paid tier?

The plugin is GPL-2.0 and free, with no paid tier and no feature gating. There is no account to create and nothing to renew.

Does it work without Google Calendar?

Yes. You can run it entirely on its own — the plugin holds your availability and bookings by itself. Google Calendar sync is built in today, and Microsoft 365, Apple/CalDAV and iCal feeds are next on the roadmap.

Where do bookings get stored?

In your own WordPress database, on your own server. Nothing leaves your site unless you choose to connect a calendar account.

Will it match my theme?

The booking widget inherits your theme's typography and colours and exposes design tokens, so you can restyle every part of it without touching the plugin.

How do visitors book?

You add the booking block or shortcode to a page and share the link. Visitors pick a slot on your site and receive a confirmation email — no redirect to a third-party domain.

What about timezones and double-booking?

Availability is defined once and shown in each visitor's timezone. Busy times from connected calendars are subtracted automatically, and buffers and minimum notice are enforced on top.
